The POPAI Awards Paris display their taste for innovation with the launch of 2 new categories!
 

MERCHANDISING CONCEPT DEPLOYMENT

 
Created in association with SORAP, the trade association for service providers working in sales and field marketing, this category will pay tribute to the installation, construction and deployment of merchandising tools (whether complex or basic – permanent or temporary), and temporary in-store promotion display materials.

The award is open to service providers specialising in merchandising who carry out the installation of displays in points of sale.

The aim of this category is to reward people, their skills and their efficiency. To fully judge their performances, panel members may watch a video of the installation work being carried out.

If you wish to take part, remember to film the installation of an in-store display unit  to try your luck!

 
DIGITALISATION OF POINT OF SALE: CONNECTED SHOP
 
To cover all of the solutions relating to the digitalisation of the point of sale, a new category entitled Connected Shop comes as an addition to the other three existing digital categories.

This category is open to solutions which allow:

- Interaction of the customer towards the point of sale (for example, selection aid tools, purchasing help, specially-designed customer contact, recognition, etc.)

- Interaction of the point of sale towards the customer (for example, sales tools, management tools, tools to build a database of information captured in the point of sale, etc.)
